Obligations of the boiler room attendants. The procedure for allowing individuals to service boilers. The service of boilers may be allowed to persons who have reached the age of 18, who have undergone a medical examination, trained in the relevant program and have a certificate of the qualification commission for the right to service the boiler. Certification of boiler drivers is carried out in the permanent qualification commissions organized at specialized vocational schools, training centers and other educational institutions. Certification is also allowed at enterprises and organizations that have the necessary conditions and specialists, in consultation with local organizations of the Gosgortechnadzor. Participation of a representative of the local body of Gosgortechnadzor in the work of the qualification commission for the certification of boiler drivers is compulsory. The local authority of the Gosgortechnadzor is notified of the day of examinations for 10 days.
Re-examination of the knowledge of the boiler-house attendants is carried out annually, as well as when switching to another enterprise and in case of switching to the maintenance of other types of boilers or transferring the boilers from solid fuel to liquid ones in commissions directly at enterprises or organizations without the participation of a representative of the local Gosgortechnadzor. When transferring personnel for the maintenance of boilers operating on gaseous fuels, the knowledge test is carried out in the order, established by the rules safety in the gas economy.
Organization of work on boiler plant maintenance.
